Last updated 2026-10-13. These terms govern auto-renewing subscriptions to Pocket-CFO on the web, iOS, and Android.
Subscription details
Pocket-CFO Monthly is priced at $129.99 per month, or $99.99 per month for any billing period during which a Pocket-Advisor practice holds accepted access to your books (the Pocket-Advisor rate, applied and removed automatically as that access starts and ends). Pocket-Advisor is priced at $129.99 per month per practice, reduced by $10.00 per month for each referred client, to a minimum of $39.99 per month. A referred client is a Pocket-CFO customer that holds the practice as its advisor through an accepted grant and keeps a live Pocket-CFO subscription. A deeper reduction applies from the day it is earned and a shallower one from the next billing period, and the reduction ends when the referred client ends the practice's access or its own subscription. Subscriptions purchased through the Pocket-CFO website are billed via Paddle. Subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store are processed via Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store are processed via Google Play Billing. Each subscription term is one calendar month. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each term until you cancel. Pocket-CFO may update pricing with advance notice before the next renewal period.
Payment, renewal, and cancellation
Payment is charged to your selected payment method at the time you confirm your purchase. Web purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and the Merchant of Record for all web orders; Paddle handles payment, billing support, and refunds for those orders. Your subscription automatically renews within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your Paddle account portal, through iOS App Store subscription settings, or through Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not provide a refund for the remainder of the current billing period; refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
Free trial and pricing changes
If Pocket-CFO offers a free trial, your subscription converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires. No charge is made during the trial period. If pricing changes, Pocket-CFO will provide advance notice before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after pricing takes effect at renewal constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Refund policy
Refunds are covered by the Pocket-CFO Refund Policy. In short: the first payment of a new subscription bought on the Pocket-CFO website can be refunded in full if you ask within 30 days of that payment, by emailing billing@rippre.com or through the Paddle customer portal at paddle.net. Later renewal payments are not refunded. Refunds for App Store purchases must be requested through Apple, and refunds for Google Play purchases through Google; Pocket-CFO cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
